Digest Wafer

The Digest Wafer from Herbs4Horses are solid chunks on which your horse will chew lengthily. This will stimulate the production of saliva which in turn stimulates the digestive system. Through adding green clay (bentonite) to this wafer or sand don't get a chance to accumulate in the horse's intestines.

The Herbal Wafer from Herbs4Horses contains a mix of herbs which works anti-inflammatory and gives your horse a higher resistance. The herbal mix in this wafer, besides stimulating the digestive system, will also make your horse healthier and in better condition. The wafer contains a source of amino acids, proteins and crude fibre, the building blocks for your horse. Both wafer types contain spelt (slow burning sugars) which gradually accumulates the energy and disperses it over a longer period of time. During a multi day event or training sessions this will result in a more constant performance of your horse. 

Hartog Grass-mix

Hartog Grass-mix contains a high quality dried grass enriched with ± 20% Structure chunk, vegetable oil and molasses. The leafs  are bound by the addition of vegetable oil and molasses. This tasty roughage product is readily absorbed by all horses. The vegetable oil contributes to a shiny coat and extra slowly released energy.

Hartog Compact Grass

For Hartog Compact Grass, a special grass mixture is used that is produced by means of controlled cultivation. The product is therefore also free of weeds such as Ragwort. The product is dried at a high temperature, so that nutrients, vitamins and minerals are better preserved. Due to the high temperature, bacteria and fungi are destroyed and the product has a constant quality.

Plospan Wood fibre

Wood Fibre ‘Classic’ is a virtually dust-free product. This is the main reason why veterinarians recommend using wood fibre as bedding for horses. This dust-free material causes the least possible amount of irritation to the sensitive lungs and bronchial tubes of horses, which benefits the animals’ health and well-being.

KNZ horse licks

KNZ HORSE is the ideal addition to the basic ration and contains apart from salt and magnesium also the essential trace elements zinc, copper, iodine, selenium and iron.
